Wrong order, difficult contact

The same company as 360imprimir. In an order for three items, they managed to produce two incorrect items, one of which was of very poor quality, and the third was incorrectly charged. Customer service is provided only by a virtual assistant, and they take a long time to respond. When they do respond, the answers are vague and ask for a lot of information, photos, etc. I don't recommend them. Their quality control should check orders before shipping, not ask the customer to take photos to prove that the products arrived incorrect or defective. A quality company offers clear and objective contact methods, such as email or phone, but 360imprimir uses a virtual assistant and provides no means of contact.
