I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I paid extra to ensure that my order would be delivered by April 17, but I have not received any updates or communication regarding its status. As of now, I still have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive.
This lack of transparency and failure to meet the promised delivery date is unacceptable. I expected a reliable service, especially after paying for a specific delivery time.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
