I have had to wait over a month for some beer mats and I am stuck in a loop with their automated 'customer service'. I can't talk to a human and there is a dumb chat bot with is nothing more than a search engine for their website docs. The system says that it's in dispatch but the delivery company hasn't got it. Also, despite being what looks like a UK site the delivery company seems to be based in Portugal. The whole thing is either a scam or a badly run business. Avoid.
