My experience with Bizay has been extremely disappointing.
Customer support is practically non-existent. No one responds to messages, and the only replies come from an automated AI system that does not actually resolve the issue. It is very frustrating when you need real assistance and cannot reach a human representative.
Additionally, a refund was refused even though the order was still at the design stage. This feels unfair and goes against basic consumer expectations, as no production had started yet.
Overall, the service lacks proper communication, transparency, and customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I would not reccomend because its impossible to contact them regarding you order. There is just a bot that is useless. If you have issues with your order, there's no chance they can help you. They mentioned my order will arrive on certain date but now its delayed, and cant contact no one.
THEY CHARGE RIDICULOUS FEES FOR QUICKER DELIVERY AND YOU GET IT A WEEK LATER WITH NO REFUND, I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS, USE VISTAPRINT OR MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
I suspect this company is a scam. I paid extra for delivery by a specific date, but three days have gone by without any update on my order. They lack a reachable customer service department by phone, and finding an email address online leads to an automated response stating "inactive email." The website features only a virtual assistant chatbot that redirects me to my order page, where it appears the order hasn't even been picked up by the courier.
The initial offer seemed appealing, but after spending time designing the product, I discovered the final price was much higher than other options I had seen. I felt compelled to proceed since I needed the item quickly for my new business and was reluctant to start the design process over with another provider. I accepted the cost, unaware that I was dealing with an overseas company, despite searching for a local option. The promised delivery time of two weeks turned into a notification that it was only being dispatched then. Once the expected delivery date passed, I attempted to follow up but could only reach a virtual assistant that was unhelpful, and the courier's system was equally frustrating. The product seems to have been stuck for over two weeks in Spain. This has cost me valuable business time. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam.

I’ve been using the service a bit over the last few months in preparation for an upcoming event. Unfortunately, this will be my final order with them. I designed some premium bags recently, and upon finalizing my design, I noticed that the handle color was incorrect. Their system did not allow me to change this without restarting the order. I restarted the order, unaware that it had reverted to the standard smaller size. I uploaded my designs and completed the payment. It was only when I received the confirmation email that I realized the sizing was incorrect. I immediately suspended my order and contacted customer service to explain the situation, requesting a cancellation so I could order the larger (and more expensive) product. I was informed that this was not possible as it had entered the stock management process. This response is incredibly disappointing for such a large organization. The order is suspended, and I’ve removed the artwork, leaving everything at a standstill. It would be quite simple to reallocate stock, yet the company seems unwilling to put in any effort to resolve the issue. It’s clear that I will be seeking other options for my printing and advertising needs for this event after this experience.
I placed an order on 12/11/2025 and have yet to receive anything or any updates. The only way to get timely delivery is by paying an excessive fee to jump to the front of the queue. I found it quicker to purchase triple the amount of cards at a fraction of the cost from another business and have them shipped from overseas. This has been a waste of both time and money.
