Extremely disappointed with the customer experience.

I can't express how terrible the customer experience has been. I've been left frustrated and in a tough situation due to lost and delayed deliveries. I've asked for a refund, but I'm unsure if that will be processed. The 'customer service' is merely a chat bot, and you might receive a generic email response in a few days. It's truly awful.
