I've been waiting two months for my order to arrive, and customer care is nonexistent. I placed my order on 30.10, it arrived with mistakes, and contacting them has been nearly impossible—no phone numbers, no emails, nothing. It takes days to get a response to complaints submitted via their website. After some time, someone called to resolve the issue, but then there was no progress for almost two weeks. Once I started sending numerous emails, they finally promised delivery by 15.12. Now it's 24.12, and all I know is that there are delays, with no information on shipping or arrival times. Absolutely terrible service.
