Lack of Customer Support Options

The service needs to provide customers with a way to reach out for support when necessary. The automated assistant is not helpful. I ordered 100 4 x 6 flyers and 1000 5 x 8 flyers, but only received the 100 4 x 6 flyers, with the 1000 5 x 8 flyers missing. I tried to communicate with the assistant multiple times, but it just keeps asking me to fill out a form that is in an invalid format, making it impossible to complete. There’s no way to contact anyone directly. If I don’t get a response within 72 hours, I will have to reach out to my bank for reimbursement.

Frustrating delays and poor support

I've been waiting two months for my order, and customer support is practically nonexistent. We placed our order on 30.10, and it arrived with issues. Contacting them has been nearly impossible—no phone numbers, no emails, nothing. Responses to complaints submitted through their website take days. Eventually, someone reached out to help, but then there was silence for almost two weeks. After sending multiple emails, they finally promised delivery by 15.12, but now it’s 24.12, and all we hear is that there are delays. We have no information about shipping or arrival times, and responses take forever. Absolutely terrible service.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE - IT'S TERRIBLE!!

The service is really bad... If I had seen these reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have made a purchase. I had no idea my order was being printed in another country, and now the item (which I paid extra to have shipped faster) hasn’t arrived. There’s no contact number for the company, and they’ve ignored my emails about the order that’s been stuck in transit for days. I do not recommend them at all. I feel completely ripped off, and based on other reviews, even if I do receive my order, the quality is likely to be poor!

Business cards arrived poorly cut

My business cards arrived with uneven cuts. When I complained to the customer service email listed, I got an automated response saying: 'No reply: Email inactive.' Now, I have no way to reach them. This service seems unreliable, and I would not recommend it for anything important.

Ordered multiple stickers, received fewer than expected

I ordered three stickers in different quantities and paid extra for delivery, yet I only received two. When I contacted the courier, they informed me that two packages were handed over by the company. Upon reaching out to customer service, they provided proof of delivery indicating three packages were declared, but I only received two. I was planning to send them more orders, but dealing with them seems pointless.

Items ordered never arrived

I ordered customized items on 7 November and still have not received them. The company put the wrong address on the package, causing the shipment to sit at a facility for weeks. They told me to 'wait for delivery' despite repeated delays. The tracking now shows a different shipment, so my original package seems lost. After multiple attempts to get support, I have yet to receive a solution, replacement, or refund. Extremely poor customer service with no accountability.
