I ordered customized items on 7 November and still have not received them. The company put the wrong address on the package, causing the shipment to sit at a facility for weeks. They told me to 'wait for delivery' despite repeated delays. The tracking now shows a different shipment, so my original package seems lost. After multiple attempts to get support, I have yet to receive a solution, replacement, or refund. Extremely poor customer service with no accountability.
