Parcel returned to sender because the address (printed on the parcel) was incomplete (although the on-line order included a full delivery address). I had to call the shipping company to find out that my house number was not printed in the address label on the parcel.Furthermore, the space available on the website for the delivery instructions is very limited, therefore it is not possible to give further and clear indications to the transport company for increasing the possibility of making delivery successful.The business cards I ordered may be top quality (as many customers state), but, if the product does not reach the destination (because of reasons not depending on the customer), the final result is absolutely negative.
