I requested a business card design, and the result was extremely disappointing. The design looked like it was generated in a few seconds using AI, with no real creativity or attention to detail. The layout was poor, elements were overlapping, and there were obvious mistakes that should never appear in a professional design. In the end, I had to redesign the card myself because the provided version was unusable.
Customer support was equally frustrating. While responses were fast, they felt automated and repetitive, like interacting with a robot. My specific questions were never properly addressed—just the same generic sentences repeated over and over. There seems to be no way to reach a real person, and the entire experience feels fully automated, without any human touch.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
The company is absolutely not trustworthy. We were told that our order was shipped on 15.12.2025 and nothing yet received.They even do not give any replies to our contacts to their customer service. This is a company that should be avoided
This company is a SCAM! They keep lying about shipping date for order. Send you fake tracking numbers, move delivery dates and give 0 information except generic ''your order will be delivered on 12.01'' and then on 16.01 and so on. I placed an order in October and still have not received it in January next year!

Parcel returned to sender because the address (printed on the parcel) was incomplete (although the on-line order included a full delivery address). I had to call the shipping company to find out that my house number was not printed in the address label on the parcel.Furthermore, the space available on the website for the delivery instructions is very limited, therefore it is not possible to give further and clear indications to the transport company for increasing the possibility of making delivery successful.The business cards I ordered may be top quality (as many customers state), but, if the product does not reach the destination (because of reasons not depending on the customer), the final result is absolutely negative.
