Despite reaching out multiple times to the support team, I received vague replies promising updates that never materialized. Now, after my last inquiry, they have stopped responding altogether. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but entirely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about using this service, reconsider! I certainly won’t be coming back, and I urge others to seek alternatives if timely delivery and customer support are important to you.
