Disappointing experience with my recent order

I anticipated my stickers would arrive by January 9th for an important workshop, but they never appeared. The tracking information has been stagnant since January 6th, leaving me uncertain about when (or if) my order will ever arrive. Despite reaching out several times to the support team, I received vague replies with promises of updates that never materialized. Now, after my last inquiry, they have entirely ceased communication. This lack of response is not just frustrating but completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about using this service, reconsider! I won't be coming back, and I strongly advise others to seek alternatives if timely delivery and customer support are important to you.

Thrilled with My Visit Cards

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my visit cards. I designed them myself using a tool. Other platforms required me to crop the image, which was quite challenging. But here, I simply uploaded the image, and they handled the cropping perfectly—better than I expected! Additionally, choosing the paper layout and other details was a breeze. I received excellent suggestions that guided my choices. The end result was fantastic! Thank you very much.

Awful Experience with the Company

Extremely poor. No communication. I ordered twice, and the printed stickers were of very low quality. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with a chatbot that provided no real assistance. It feels like a total scam; I paid money and received no help. I would never order from here again.

Frustrating Experience from Start to Finish

My experience was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. I paid extra for expedited delivery, and three weeks later, my order still hasn’t arrived. Now, I’m being told it might arrive in early January, which is completely unacceptable given the delivery option I selected. Communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to receive shifting timelines and excuses. What’s advertised does not match the reality at all. This has been a waste of time, money, and energy. Paying extra for “fast delivery” means nothing when deadlines are ignored. I will not use this service again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliability.
