Frustrating Experience from Start to Finish

My experience was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. I paid extra for expedited delivery, and three weeks later, my order still hasn’t arrived. Now, I’m being told it might arrive in early January, which is completely unacceptable given the delivery option I selected. Communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to receive shifting timelines and excuses. What’s advertised does not match the reality at all. This has been a waste of time, money, and energy. Paying extra for “fast delivery” means nothing when deadlines are ignored. I will not use this service again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliability.
