Despite reaching out several times to the support team, I received vague replies with promises of updates that never materialized. Now, after my last inquiry, they have entirely ceased communication. This lack of response is not just frustrating but completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about using this service, reconsider! I won't be coming back, and I strongly advise others to seek alternatives if timely delivery and customer support are important to you.
