We arrived on time. Waited for a car that never came and we put self had to fix everything to get to the hotel. Including a phone call (expensive!) to Sweden to help translate since the staff member didn’t speak any English. We arrived at night so not ideal timing. We understand that things can go wrong as long as the company are up for compensation. Got in contact with a really friendly person who promised to get us the best treatment on our way back from our vacation and to compensate us for everything that went wrong. But unfortunately the ride home didn’t go smoothly at all and I’ve been trying to reach them multiple times without luck. They probably feel like when the tourist go back we don’t have to do anything. But I’m a frequent visitor to turkey and this was my last time using this company. Never again.
