A very fast and comfortable journey from the airport to the hotel. The car was spacious, with internet access, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The price for the transfer was very good and competitive.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the transfer service to Gazipaşa Airport, as well as the subsequent handling of my complaint.According to my reservation, the scheduled pick-up time was 06:50, later revised to 06:20. I arrived at the designated pick-up point at 06:10, well in advance of the expected time. Despite this, the driver did not arrive until 07:00 — a delay of approximately 40 minutes. Such a substantial delay is unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience, particularly given that I was left waiting on the street with no clear communication or assurance that the transfer would arrive.What is even more concerning is the complete lack of acknowledgment in the aftermath of this incident. Despite sending multiple emails and contacting your chat support, I did not receive a single apology or any indication that my concerns were being taken seriously. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and falls far below reasonable expectations.Avoid them!!
We arrived on time. Waited for a car that never came and we put self had to fix everything to get to the hotel. Including a phone call (expensive!) to Sweden to help translate since the staff member didn’t speak any English. We arrived at night so not ideal timing. We understand that things can go wrong as long as the company are up for compensation. Got in contact with a really friendly person who promised to get us the best treatment on our way back from our vacation and to compensate us for everything that went wrong. But unfortunately the ride home didn’t go smoothly at all and I’ve been trying to reach them multiple times without luck. They probably feel like when the tourist go back we don’t have to do anything. But I’m a frequent visitor to turkey and this was my last time using this company. Never again.
