Using Bizim Transfer since 2017 and was let down only once. The case involved a sub-contracted driver who showed up well before the the scheduled pick-up time, waited outside the building for 5 minutes and left without calling or sending a message. I filed a complaint the next day and was offered a free shuttle service for my next trip. Otherwise the drivers are punctual, courteous and serviceminded. In my experience, the minibusses are usually clean and in good working condition. All in all, I am quite happy with Bizim Transfer and have recommended them to others. Most recent trip 04 January 2020. Will continue using this service in future.
