I am extremely disappointed. The dress I received looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. The design, construction, and material are completely different from what was shown in the photos. The straps are thin, folded pieces of tulle with loose threads everywhere. The top is see-through and poorly constructed. The quality is nowhere near what was advertised. I ordered this dress custom and had my measurements professionally taken. I have not gained weight, yet the dress still does not fit properly — which defeats the purpose of ordering custom sizing. When I contacted the company, they refused to issue a full refund despite clearly sending a dress that does not match their listing. Instead, they offered only a 10% refund, which is unacceptable given the situation. The product photos are misleading and do not accurately represent what you will receive. This dress is not flattering, not well made, and not worth the money. I would strongly advise other brides to shop elsewhere.
