Absolutely poor service. It had taken them 4 attempts. They have consistently been untrue saying item was out on delivery. First time tracker had said no one at address which never happened. 2nd and 3rd attempts I was told out for delivery but item never left the warehouse. 4th attempt was made by contacting the retailer. When contacting BJS not on person spoke English as their first language and it was very hard to understand them. I had to call BJS several times and not once did they know of my query from previous calls. This was very hard to explain several times to someone that does not speak good English or understand them.
