Excellent comms from start to finish. Changed my delivery date, easy to do. Called when half an hour away. The men who delivered the item were courteous and very polite. Removed all packaging and checked the item was to our satisfaction.

Delivery was during specified times however when they contacted us to say they were on their way we specifically asked them to deliver to back door for ease of entry. On arrival we had to chase the van to get them to comply. They then proceeded to put the expensive piece of furniture upside down ( Clear markings on box ) which could have caused damage. Then asked to walk through house to get back to van instead of leaving through same door as they came in! We felt that after paying £40 for this delivery it could have been handled better.

delivered 5 out of 6 parcels. tried to leave without telling me one was missing. i had to physically run out the house and knock on the drivers windows. to be told they didn't load it on the van. then lied to the company and said it was all delivered. good job i had the receipt stating one item not loaded at depot. now the parcel is MIA, so after 8 days still wanting on an investigation to see where my parcel is.

Bed was a good a price and if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have bought this bed.

The delivery time was quoted as 7-14 days but it took 22 days for my bed to arrive. I asked for an explanation and a gesture of goodwill but was brushed off with an excuse of being ‘a busy family business’.

The delivery team got the bed inside quickly but didn’t take their shoes off or protect the floor, so I’ve got dirty floors and skirting boards. Plus they’ve marked the wall in more than 1 place. They came off a bit rude and impatient in all honesty, as upon arrival, they rang the doorbell and constantly knocked on the door until we answered.

Credit where it’s due - the beds are priced well and the free material samples were a great idea and helped us make our decision.

I was kept fully informed about the delivery date and time. 45 minutes before the delivery I was rung to confirm the arrangements. The two delivery guys were friendly and helpful, leaving the heavy item exactly where I requested. A good all round experience.

Delivery men called saying they would be with me in 20mins , my delivery slot time was 4-7pm and they called me at 3:10pm, I explained I wouldn't be back as I was collecting my son from school and to come at 3:45pm when I would be back , they asked to leave it outside , to which I said no as I had a lot of furniture being delivered , I said Thankyou and just got hung up on !
I then got called again at 3:35pm! I pulled up at 3:40pm to them outside the house starting to unload. Why give a time slot if you're going to be early! Is it my issue that you had slots cancel , no !

Absolute joke. Sofa wouldn’t fit the upstairs the way they tried, but they didn’t even attempt to find a solution, just more interested in taking photos saying wouldn’t fit. I told them to leave it at the bottom, il do it. And guess what I did it myself, 1 man. Pathetic. £79.99 for that. Absolute crap service. Would not recommend at all.

I highly recommend this company, literally it was the only place I could find where you could choose a date for delivery. If you are busy and working this is a godsend.
The delivery was on time and packaged very well. Hey presto open the box, dispose of the packaging and pop the handles on and you are ready to go.
The chest of drawers are perfect, solid and well made. Would I recommend this company to a friend definitely 100 percent
