I ordered the Navy pinstripe shorts and a Navy pennant tee for my son's birthday which was in July. The order wasn't "track able." I couldn't tell what the order status was when I checked periodically. Fast forward to today, August, 21st, 2025 and I received an email stating I will receive a full refund with no answer as to why. I don't want a refund. I want those 2 items for my son. I sent an email asking as to why? I received an AI response (the email actually stated that information) that the company is busy and can't answer my email right now. Not happy. Their customer service and communication needs a lot of work.
