This was my 3rd time ordering from the Baseball Lifestyle app. The quality of their clothing is top-notch, and I just love their bright colors! I was born in the 80s, grew up in the 90s, and their clothing reminds me of the clothing choices from my childhood. I have 3 young boys and will be placing more orders!
I regret not looking at reviews and complaints earlier, as many customers share my disappointment. I ordered shorts as a gift, but it took two weeks to ship and another two to arrive. To make matters worse, I received a shirt instead, which I only discovered when the gift was opened two weeks later on Christmas. When I contacted customer service with my order number, their response was to take pictures of both the original item and what I received, which felt like an automated reply. Since this was a gift and the child was already wearing the shirt (1000 miles away), I couldn’t comply and shouldn’t have to, as they have all the necessary order details. In short, this feels like an unprofessional operation, and I will never do business with them again.
The representative was incredibly patient with my concerns regarding the size of the items I ordered for my grandson, especially since I placed the order early in November. Their kind and courteous communication reassured me. I chose to wait until after the holidays to make any necessary changes.
I invested 700.00 on a haul for my two boys, and while most items were t-shirts, one arrived with a sticky residue where the vinyl press was applied. I just opened another sweatshirt to wrap for Christmas, and it has a red stain from the tag holder. Additionally, one t-shirt was so thin it was almost transparent. The quality is lacking, and for that price, I expect better consistency and craftsmanship. I’ve purchased items from other retailers that were far superior.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience. First off, the brand is incredibly popular, and the kids are thrilled to receive anything from this company. (Which makes grandma look good). 😊 The downside is that due to their popularity, it can be difficult to find everything in the needed size. Their customer service has been fantastic a couple of times. I had one situation that was going poorly, but they ultimately did the right thing, so I have no complaints. I did need to put in some effort that one time, yet on another occasion, they provided a discount/credit that I didn’t expect, which was a pleasant surprise given my substantial spending on clothes. The kids will be overjoyed at Christmas! I wish I could get them the bomber jackets, but I guess that’s not in the cards. Fingers crossed. The challenges of rapid popularity. They are handling it well. It seems like the team is genuine and sincere, and I appreciate the brand.
