I ordered all of my son's school gear from here 2 weeks before school started, which should have been plenty of time since they were promising 7-10 business day delivery. It's been 15 days, school started last week, and it hasn't even shipped yet. Seems like this is happening to everyone. The CEO posted something about taking accountability and fixing it by end of week - except that was a week ago, and my stuff still has no status. There are a lot of bummed kids going back to school in last year's too-small clothes because of you. You should be ashamed, clearly greed got the best of you and all you cared about was growing - not about fulfilling the promises you'd already made. You should have stopped taking orders the minute that you realized you had a problem and couldn't fulfill them. I'm so angry and disappointed, but not nearly as disappointed as my kiddo.
