Poor communication, lack of customer service. They are likely selling items they do not have in stock. I spent over $300 on an order from July 25 and only received 4 of the 11 items I paid for. No updates were provided and they are not responding to my emails. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as disputing the charges for fraud with my bank.
