Ongoing Issue with Missing Items from Order Placed on 7/14I placed an order on 7/14 and was notified that it would be delivered last week. However, when the package arrived, it was missing two pairs of $50 shorts and a $65 hoodie. I contacted customer support and received a generic, copy-and-paste response stating it would take seven business days to resolve.I replied immediately, explaining that the delay was unacceptable given that the mistake was on your end and the items are still in stock. Today, I received a UPS notification about a shipment, only to find that only one of the two missing shorts was sent—and still no hoodie.I emailed again and, once again, received the same canned response. At this point, it’s incredibly frustrating that no one seems to be actually reading the order or addressing the full issue.I highly suggest pausing drops and online orders until you can resolve outstanding customer service issues and fulfill existing orders properly. Your current process is not working, and customers deserve better.Please escalate this issue to someone who can resolve it fully and promptly.
