I regret not looking at reviews and complaints earlier, as many customers share my disappointment. I ordered shorts as a gift, but it took two weeks to ship and another two to arrive. To make matters worse, I received a shirt instead, which I only discovered when the gift was opened two weeks later on Christmas. When I contacted customer service with my order number, their response was to take pictures of both the original item and what I received, which felt like an automated reply. Since this was a gift and the child was already wearing the shirt (1000 miles away), I couldn’t comply and shouldn’t have to, as they have all the necessary order details. In short, this feels like an unprofessional operation, and I will never do business with them again.
