I booked a bus and immediately received a message stating it was two hours delayed. I was at the station waiting for the bus, which was supposed to arrive soon. They sold tickets for a bus that they knew wouldn't leave on time. After booking another ticket, I received a message about that one being delayed too. No refunds were offered, just responses about their policy. This service feels like a scam.
