I booked a ticket for an international journey, but the ticket was managed by another company. I wanted to cancel and rebook for a different date, which should have been possible. However, the customer service was frustrating as both companies were disorganized and unhelpful. I ended up losing my ticket and money due to their poor coordination.
I booked a bus and immediately received a message stating it was two hours delayed. I was at the station waiting for the bus, which was supposed to arrive soon. They sold tickets for a bus that they knew wouldn't leave on time. After booking another ticket, I received a message about that one being delayed too. No refunds were offered, just responses about their policy. This service feels like a scam.
Our bus was an hour late, and although they mentioned compensation and a meal voucher, I received neither. During our journey, the driver hit a police car, causing another delay. He also took the wrong route at times. I wouldn't recommend this service unless you enjoy wasting time.

We then stopped unexpectedly at a gas station, leaving passengers in a very hot bus without air conditioning. This was particularly frustrating as my final destination was an airport. I will not use this service again.
