The bus arrived 40 minutes late. After this, the drivers took an additional 20 minutes for a break. We then stopped unexpectedly at a gas station, leaving passengers in a very hot bus without air conditioning. This was particularly frustrating as my final destination was an airport. I will not use this service again.
