Please don't ever book here.We had a bus ticket that was cancelled 2 hours before the departure. it was very very inconvenient for us, the time of departure was 11:00pm. At that moment we had nowhere to go and we couldn't back any other bus to go back to Madrid because of the time. We had to take a hotel again overnight to take another bus in the morning.We asked for a refund (twice) but there was no response. So basically, this company ROBBED us 60 euros. Do not ever book here if you do not want to waste your money!!Edit: Do not ever believe the replies of BlaBlaCar to the reviews that "they will assist you again". They will not!
