If I could give this 0 stars I would. I bought a ticket from Annecy to the Geneva Airport, that's what it said. The route showed simply that, nothing else. However, I was not taken to the Geneva Airport, instead taken to a completely different city in Annemasse and told to get off. This occurred because I was told check-in ended for my 5:50 AM ride at 5:30 AM, so I got there early. To my surprise, the bus was there pretty early. It parked in the marked spot it said it would be. I showed my ticket to the driver, he said "yes, Geneva Airport." So I got on the bus. We took off early to my surprise and so I started looking at my google map and it appeared we were headed towards Geneva. Then, it veered towards Annemasse, which I figured was maybe a stop on the way even though that was not what my ticket said. To my surprise, the bus driver told me this was the last stop, even though he knew I needed to get to the Geneva Airport. I was so confused. There was a SBB train there luckily, so I was able to take that to the Geneva Airport. I contacted their customer support and they didn't care their bus driver lied to me and took me to the wrong destination. They offered me a 3 euro credit LMAO yeah, no thanks. First of all, why would I ever trust you to get me where I needed to go? Secondly, 3 euro?! It would be a real simple thing for them to refund me, especially since I had to buy an additional train ticket. Worthless company and customer service.
