I ordered three sets of these. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit our family’s bindings despite ordering the correct sizes. I requested a return and refund and was instructed to ship them to a specific address, with the promise of processing a refund upon receipt. They have had the returned items for three weeks now, according to tracking, and I have reached out multiple times with no response regarding my refund. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.
