Transformative Experience on the Chairlift

Having suffered a knee injury in my youth, riding the chairlift has typically been very uncomfortable for me. However, after using the new model for 10 days, the ability to adjust my binding on the lift has alleviated that pain and left my knee feeling much more refreshed for the next run.

Excellent product with prompt customer support.

Excellent product with quick customer service. They were honest and transparent about my mistake in choosing the wrong model and promptly refunded my payment. They helped me sort out my bindings, and I went ahead and purchased the correct model. If I have one suggestion: I hope there are shipping options available, as I need to buy a screw attachment, but the shipping cost still applies to the full set.

Great experience with my new binding setup

I recently set up my new binding and immediately appreciated its robust feel. It has significantly improved my comfort on the chairlift, especially when sharing with others. I encountered a minor issue, but the customer support was quick and efficient—very impressive. One feature I hadn’t considered before buying is the ability to adjust my binding position based on the type of run. I can set it to +30 or more for snowboard cross and then switch back to my typical stance for carving. That flexibility has been an amazing bonus.

More adaptable than I anticipated.

Still waiting on my order since January 25

I ordered a binding on January 25 and still have not received it. I have emailed but received no reply. I do not recommend purchasing.

No response on my refund request

I ordered three sets of these. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit our family’s bindings despite ordering the correct sizes. I requested a return and refund and was instructed to ship them to a specific address, with the promise of processing a refund upon receipt. They have had the returned items for three weeks now, according to tracking, and I have reached out multiple times with no response regarding my refund. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

The best advancement in snowboarding in 25 years!

I have the older version of the binding, and it’s fantastic! I’m considering purchasing the new 2025 model and moving the old one to my rear foot. This way, I can experiment with different stances. This is the most significant innovation in snowboarding I’ve seen in 25 years. It reminds me of the dropper post on mountain bikes. I highly recommend this product for various reasons. Adjusting your foot position is great for lift lines, T-bars, chairlift comfort, and catwalks. I used it throughout the entire 2024-2025 season in the Rockies without any issues. No, it won’t randomly unlock while you’re riding. If you don’t have one yet, pre-order it now and you’ll thank me later.

I just received my new binding, and I’m thrilled with it! The quality is excellent, and the customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the process. For those who find the shipping a bit lengthy: remember, this is a startup, and great things take time. It’s absolutely worth the wait!
