I purchased an espresso machine, but the lights kept flashing, and no coffee was coming out
I read all of the instructions in the troubleshooting and nothing seem to be working.
So, I went on the online chat to see if they could help on the helpline. They said they would send me to just answer which would cost a five dollar fully refundable fee. They moved me to just answer, and when I checked my credit card they had charged me $95.
So, I told just answer right away that I did not want their information, I Just wanted my $95 back. They sent me a message saying it was nonrefundable.
I went back to Black & Decker, but it was disabled on my computer, and I was unable to continue the conversation. I opened up a new one on my husband‘s iPad, explained that I was charged $95 when I was told I was going to be charged five dollars, and they said OK we understand that you charge $95 instead of five dollars and then they just sent me back to just answer and then disabled me on that iPad. Don’t ever buy a black And Decker appliance. I know I never will again absolutely horrible.
