I purchased an espresso machine, but the lights kept flashing, and no coffee was coming out
I read all of the instructions in the troubleshooting and nothing seem to be working.
So, I went on the online chat to see if they could help on the helpline. They said they would send me to just answer which would cost a five dollar fully refundable fee. They moved me to just answer, and when I checked my credit card they had charged me $95.
So, I told just answer right away that I did not want their information, I Just wanted my $95 back. They sent me a message saying it was nonrefundable.
I went back to Black & Decker, but it was disabled on my computer, and I was unable to continue the conversation. I opened up a new one on my husband‘s iPad, explained that I was charged $95 when I was told I was going to be charged five dollars, and they said OK we understand that you charge $95 instead of five dollars and then they just sent me back to just answer and then disabled me on that iPad. Don’t ever buy a black And Decker appliance. I know I never will again absolutely horrible.

A great company!!!

A great company!!!! In particular Symon Pallattao who decided to send me a charger cord free of charge for my cordless vacuum. Not enough can be said for how appreciative I am for this young man. Give this guy a raise or promotion. Truly a gem in customer service. Thank you Symon. May God bless you ten fold!!!!

BLACK+DECKER ARE COMITING FRAUD TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INFORMED. I AM £300 OUT OF POCKET FOR A DEVICE THAT WILL NEVER WORK AS WIFI MODULE IS MISSING Brought a black and decker smart home dehumidifier and paid extra for this feature. Upon trying to connect to wifi/phone app it wouldnt connect.I reached out to BLACK+DECKER customer support and gave them my model number and there response was there was a misprint and is not a wifi model. Here's there responseThank you for your enquiry. Please note that the BXEH60016GBL dehumidifier does not have Wi-Fi functionality and cannot be connected to an app or smart home system. All controls and settings are operated directly from the unit’s control panel. We are aware that the user manual references Wi-Fi connectivity. Unfortunately, this is a printing error, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion this may have caused. The documentation has since been corrected; however, manuals included with stock already supplied to retailers cannot be amended. Terrible experience and will never…

Terrible experience and will never purchase anything from this company again. The customer service is more of a waste of time than any service as they told me they are unable to do anything and cannot help me in any way. The people were rude and said I can’t contact anyone in the company for help. I am now stuck with a blender I cannot use or return and they refuse to provide any type of assistance. 0/10 do not buy if you expect any type of future support warranty included or not.

What a nightmare

What a nightmare. I bought a Black and decker cordless hammer drill in Argos 5months ago. After doing 2 minor jobs the entire chuck wobbles around making drilling a hole or driving a screw impossible. Argos said I need to speak to black and decker. I contacted them then they refused to accept my receipt from Argos, I told them that’s all they provided. They eventually said ok and said ups will collect the drill and send for repair. Waited in on the collection day and nobody came, then the next day nobody came. Contacted b&d and they said they will arrange for collection again. I hold no hope anybody will come and I’m fed up of waiting in on the off chance somebody may turn up to fit it. All of this hassle for a cheap £40 drill, I’ll never make this mistake again.

They force you to sign up for their newletter to leave a review on their website, products are low quality and break easily, their vaccuums have poor suction, if any, and they're bad about actually sending refunds.

Terrible dishonest company!. My Vaccume is under warranty and Black n Decker will not send a replacement they want me to pay to have it fixed what a JOKE!. Also their call center is ALL Foreigners that answer the phone with BAD English!.

Black & Decker UK AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.I bought two items from them through Ebay and delivery was today. Unfortunately only 1 item was delivered so I rang B&D to complain. After waiting ages listening to really bad 'music' a completely unhelpful man called David answered. He was unconcerned telling me to contact the seller through Ebay to report missing item. I informed him B&D were the seller so I was reporting to right place. He went into robot mode just repeating to report it through ebay. He refused to deal with my issue or provide his surname to complain or escalate my complaint and refused to provide CEO and head office contact details and was totally an utterly unhelpful and disinterested. I have now found CEO contact details in Slough and will be writing to complain bitterly about my terrible experience worsened by David's attitude . This is not what I expected buying from what I thought was a reputable company. However I should have checked on here first as the reviews are extremely damming and I would not have purchased from them had I known prior. My advice to you is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. By the way the PART ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS IN A CARDBOARD BOX LEFT OUT IN THE RAIN !!!! idiots!!!! Only gave 1 star as cannot give minus 12 I have now reported the missing item through Ebay and will keep you informed of the outcome

Black & decker 12L dehumidifier

Black & decker 12L dehumidifier. Light weight, quiet. Only had it 2 weeks. Has leaked several times- tank over filling, not cutting off when full. Bathroom mats & carpet wet through. Not powerful enough for the bathroom. Constantly on. Not achieving 55 humidity. Seemed a bargain - £80 at lidl. Turning out not to be !!
