Could not ask for better customer service.I ordered the wrong size bar by accident and the company promptly sent out a replacement bar for the size I wanted. They even let me keep the original bar and charged me no extra cost. Will definitely order from them again and recommend to all my fellow lifters. I thought Amazon was the world’s most customer centric company but they’ve been toppled by Blackbearfitness hands down. Quality of material is outstanding, very smooth ball bearings unlike other places.Very impressed.
