Purchase on 29 Dec - 1 to 2 day delivery. No tracking info by the following day, so rang and was told not yet shipped due to busy period and courier issue, which I understand. I suggested leaving dispatch until Monday 5 Jan. this was agreed and I was told it would then be with me the day after - 6 Jan. However, by the 5 Jan no notification of tracking. so I rang again and was told it was being collected that day and courier would send a tracking info email later that day. No tracking email arrived, so called again on Tuesday 6 Jan. I was told that they had sent out the item and would contact the courier for an update, then call me back within the hour. No call back after 2 hours, so rang again. this time told me they are chasing it up and will get back to me in 5 mins - 2 1/2 hours later still no call back. Now it was getting close to end of business day so rang again, no answer, then again, no answer, then again, no answer. This experience made me think that my order had not been shipped at all, and they perhaps have a strategy of just telling customers (though very polite and friendly) whatever it takes to make them believe all is fine and to get them off the phone. So emailed to cancel and to request refund - 24 hour later and no reply. So rang and was told that team had been off work and only just back in office, and they would be contacting me within 45 mins to discuss my cancelation. I did not really believe this, and as expected, no reply from them at all.
