I highly recommend Blackboard if you are serious about improving your foot strength and mobility!Power, mobility and stability starts at your feet. I wore orthotics for 50 years, these devices essentially turn off the muscles of the feet. At an older age I really needed to improve my fitness, and going to the gym to pump iron is good, but it is super important not to overlook the feet since they are essentially our root to the ground. So I tossed my orthotics, and for several years I did a plethora of foot exercises to strengthen my feet (there's no shortage of exercise)...for about 30 minutes a day. But it wasn't until I purchased the Blackboard and accompanying slant board that my foot strength really took off.I use the Blackboard daily. I have measured improvements in balance and performance (can stand unassisted 1-2 minutes barefoot performing various movements (like hip hinges, leg extensions, etc.) or walk 30km in barefoot shoes, have fewer foot/knee aches, and confidence that I'll be able to move better in my greying years.
