I was happy with the tires I purchased, however, I found the same tires for less on another website and Blackcircle would not honour their price match guarantee even though I provided the necessary information. This is not the way a customer should be treated and as far as I'm concerned, they are advertising false information on their website in regards to their price match guarantee. I was extremely happy with the installer who installed the tires on my wheels. Since I can't reply to your response, I will add it here. I provided your people with screen shots of the tires from the website of the company offering them at a lower price, which was very explainator, what else is needed? Proof right from their webpage showing the cost they sell the tires for. I was told this was not sufficient. The person I was talking to could have gone on the website I mentioned to her to see for herself the screen shots I provided her were real. I did email her back asking why the info I provided was not acceptable and she did not respond back to me. Not great customer service.
