Dear Black Circles Canada... I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent tire order placed on November 10th 2025, as well as the unacceptable customer service I have received throughout this process.Your website clearly advertises 1–5 day delivery, yet it has now been 8 days since my purchase, and I have still not received my full order. As of today, I have received only one tire out of the four I purchased. This incomplete delivery has forced me to cancel my mechanic appointment, causing significant inconvenience.What has made this situation worse is the complete lack of communication and support. I have requested a tracking number four separate times, yet I have still not received one. When I contacted customer support, Genevieve, who identified herself as the Customer Support Supervisor, assured me that a tracking number had been emailed to me. This was simply not true — no tracking information has ever been sent to my email.Additionally, when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she informed me that she “didn’t think it was necessary,” despite this being a repeated issue and following several rude and dismissive responses from her. I previously had to hang up during another call last week due to the same unprofessional behavior.I have now made two separate orders with Blackcircles on November 10th — one for my mother’s car and one for my truck — and the service I’ve received on this order leaves me extremely dissatisfied and questioning your company’s commitment to customer care.At this point, all I am asking for is the following:An immediate and accurate tracking number for my remaining tires.A clear explanation for the delay.An apology for the inconvenience, the canceled appointment, and the unprofessional treatment I have received.Assurance that the remaining tires will be delivered promptly.After 30 minutes from speaking to the Customer Service Supervisor, I received an email with the tracking number and delivery date that was provided by her boss Geneviève Liboiron. Why I couldn't have received this information after asking 4 times is beyond me. Nobody wanted to take any responsibility for the other Genevieve's actions saying she acted professionally, however mentioned that she was a bit impatient at the end of our call. This is again after I had to hang up on her just last week. I wasn't dealing with her rudeness or overbearing attitude.I don't think this company understands that they are responsible to first apologize to their customers for any inconvenience's and try be as helpful as possible when dealing with all customers. I should also mention I did not recieve my receipt and had to call them back because they had added my email incorrectly with no domain name. I would like to mention that the agent Nathan who helped me with my order was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Maybe he should become the CRS. I will not be giving Black Circles my business any longer. Shame on their executive team.
