I purchased over 8 tires from Blackcircles, so I spent a fair amount of money with them.Last week, one of my winter tires had a puncture on the side wall and had to be replaced. I checked Blackcircles and they could not deliver for 7 days. I use the car everyday for school run and work and couldn't wait for a week. So, I got it done at the local place.Marc Chevanelle at Blackcircles declined warranty and pointed me to their warranty info link with term and conditions.So even after spending all that money with them they could not consider my case - no customer loyalty!I should have done my research earlier, Costco has no quibble warranty for FIVE years. You might spend $50 more on a tire but you'll save money in the long run. Had I purchased my tire from Costco, they would have replaced it free of charge but with Blackcircles, I paid twice.The point of this review is to share the knowledge from my mistake - Purchase your tires from Costco and you will be good for 5 years unless you find someone else could beat that.
