I ordered 17 inch tires and rims for my 81 year old Grandmother as she needed new studded winters on rims for her newer van since the studded winters on rims we have are too small off the older van, I would have shopped locally for her but the shops around here estimated a few weeks wait for them and a little longer for install and she wanted them sooner rather than later so I went on Google and went to the Micheline website! They recommended blackcircles.ca for having what my Grandmother wanted and we trusted the Canadian Micheline website....BIG MISTAKE! They sent us 17 inch rims and 18 inch tires, I also ordered 4 sets of 5 lock lugnuts for each tire and they only sent 1 set of 5! The customer service rep I talked to by the name of Geneviève over the phone when they called to inquire why I wanted to return something was rude from the get-go after my Grandmother asked me to speak on her behalf! She kept interrupting me when I tried to speak and kept telling me I was stupid in other words as they sent me what I ordered when they didn't and then when I raised my voice to be heard she told me if I didn't stop raising my voice she wouldn't help me, would then hangup and blacklist me from getting help from them! when I tried to explain why I raised my voice and the frustration of getting not only what I didn't order but also missing items and that I felt my Grandmother shouldn't have to pay fees she kept interrupting and talking over me so I again raised my voice and she once again told me to stop or she wasn't helping me I told her to stop talking over and interrupting me and let me speak, she once again insulted me so I hungup the phone! She emailed me a few minutes after and offered me return slips for the rims but we are stuck paying the 25 plus taxes fee per rim and that I recieved all the lock lugnuts I ordered and she hoped this was satisfactory and hoped I'll be a return customer and proceeded to ask for feedback! I have a 91 cummins that I am planning on buying 35 inch tires for one day but definitely won't be giving them money again and advise others to avoid them as their customer service is the pits and their attitude towards these two new customers definitely is something to be desired! Also a side note thought mentioning, they sent the tires by a company named campar but I never got a notice in my email they shipped the tires and this company left them in the middle of our driveway in broad daylight never said they were delivered or knock and sign same with the 5 lock lugnuts no delivered email either!, yet Purolator was used for the rims and the gentleman offered to help me load them in the van or wherever I wanted "didn't know they sent 2 sizes at that point and found out later that day since the men at the install shop who blackcircles.ca recommend told us" and also had me sign for them and that gave me a delivered email from blackcircles.ca same with them shipping them so I found out! So once again I say AVOID and don't give them your money!
