My experience with this online tire retailer was positive for the most part. Ordered 4 tires, the price was good, and they arrived within 4 business days of placing my order. I did home delivery and the only negatives I can mention are:1. The tires were not wrapped. No major scuffs in my case, but I guess that depends on the delivery agent, as I see some reviews complaining about the delivered condition of the tires. 2. No shipment tracking info. I stepped outside one day and was surprised to see the tires stacked in my driveway (albeit by my house door). My driveway is exposed to lots of traffic. Leaving $1k worth of new tires sitting in plain sight in my driveway with no delivery notification, maybe not the best idea. In my case, no harm came of it.The tires went on sale one week after I bought them. I tried to call customer service about price matching. Was on hold for a long time (however it was a Saturday), and finally hung up. I started online chat and a customer service agent responded immediately. Told me I should Email sales team as he was not authorized to make price adjustments. I emailed the sales team and received a reply next business day that the price difference had been refunded to my credit card. I also called the sales team and was able to immediately speak with a human. No fuss, no muss, no bother. Would I buy from them again? Depends. I prefer to shop locally, but in my case the specific tires I wanted were not readily available from local sources. My experience with staff was positive, they were polite and accommodating, and I appreciated very much that I was able to immediately chat with a human and not a bot. So if the same situation arises for me again, I would certainly purchase from this business again.
