Ordering on line was simple and easy it all went wrong at the fitting garage. car was booked in for 4 pm and we watch the car sit out side for 1 hour and 20 mins before it moved to have its tyres fitted I use black circle as I can plan my time with there time slots and having x2 young children stuck with me this was extremely stressful as it was now meal time and the job was not complete. If I hadn't already payed for the tyres and fitting i would have left and gone elsewhere.
I waited a few weeks to leave a review as at the time I was extremely angry.
When I asked what was going on I was told there shortly staffed and thought it would overrun I asked why they didn’t rebook me or contact me before I arrive to pre warn me I was left with a blank expression.
So in short it was extremely disappointing
