I bought tyres arrived in time but hat formula one Dunstable fitters useful I coat laugh 1st the change tyres no seals up with glue 30/12/2025 change my tyres morning booking I wait 2 hours guy came to me and suggest me wheel alignment ok 40 extra charge and I drive car left front tyre shake and come back to formula one ohh they excuse we need to do tyre balance whf waste all day that garage formula one dustable all smiles mariguna don’t know what they doing I suggest don’t go waste time there and then my tyre start loose air brand new I go local garage and tyre come out with no glue seal just air inside I was there with my Mercdez as well they are fully useless Dunstable formula one
Raised a safety issue where the fitter did not torque the bolts resulting in the wheel coming very loose putting my own and other road users in danger, took no responsibility or accountability. The response from Blackcircles was appealing, I had offered photographic evidence, still no accountability.
Same fitter also said another wheel was buckled and to take to elsewhere and get it checked which I did, turned out there was nothing wrong with that wheel either. Blackcircles response totally unsatisfactory. Won’t use ever again,
Straightforward easy to use, what more do you want from a website. I used a mobile fitter as its difficult to leave my work. He was quick fitted 4 tyres in under an hour. All in all a great service

I’ve purchased tyres from Blackcircles several times over the years and would do so without hesitation. They make choosing the right tyres straightforward, offer very competitive prices, and their local fitting service has always been of a high standard.
Ordering on line was simple and easy it all went wrong at the fitting garage. car was booked in for 4 pm and we watch the car sit out side for 1 hour and 20 mins before it moved to have its tyres fitted I use black circle as I can plan my time with there time slots and having x2 young children stuck with me this was extremely stressful as it was now meal time and the job was not complete. If I hadn't already payed for the tyres and fitting i would have left and gone elsewhere.
I waited a few weeks to leave a review as at the time I was extremely angry.
When I asked what was going on I was told there shortly staffed and thought it would overrun I asked why they didn’t rebook me or contact me before I arrive to pre warn me I was left with a blank expression.
So in short it was extremely disappointing
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. HAVING THE ABILITY TO VIEW AND VERIFY ALL THE DETAILS ON THE ITEMS I WAS INTERESTED IN, PLACE AN ORDER, AND PAY IN VARIOUS WAYS, ALL WHILE CHOOSING A LOCAL GARAGE FOR INSTALLATION AT MY CONVENIENCE, WAS FANTASTIC. I SIMPLY RELAXED AT HOME WITH A CUP OF COFFEE WHILE THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING. THIS APPROACH IS COMMENDABLE, AND IT WOULD BE HARD TO SUGGEST ANY IMPROVEMENTS.
