This is easily the worst experience I've had with a company. I've been trying to resolve a dispute since November 2025, and here we are in the new year with no response. They never answer calls and their email replies are always delayed beyond their stated 48 hours. It's honestly the worst family-run business I've encountered in America. I've never faced anything like this before, and I believe this company deserves investigation. PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!
