This is truly the worst service I've encountered. I've been trying to resolve a dispute since November 2025, and now it's the new year with no response. They never answer the phone and fail to reply to emails within the promised 48 hours. It's honestly the most frustrating experience I've had, and I believe this business should be looked into. I strongly advise against doing business with them!

This wrap-around band is absolutely gorgeous. I was initially concerned it might be too flashy, but it turned out to be breathtaking. The sparkle, the weight, the stones, and the craftsmanship are remarkable. I've received countless compliments on it when paired with my engagement ring, and it brings me joy. I was reassured that it's never too much! Go for it; you won't regret it.
I'm frustrated to write a negative review about a company's poor customer service. This is the first (and possibly the last) time my fiancé and I ordered from this place. We placed an order on September 13, 2025, and it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed multiple times and received generic responses about the ring being made. One email on September 27 mentioned it was in the 'Polishing' stage and would ship soon, yet nothing has been sent, and they’ve stopped responding to my inquiries about shipping details. I need to know when it will ship, especially since I live in a large apartment complex. Their generic replies continue, and after a follow-up stating it would ship on October 15, there have been no updates, and they are unresponsive. I wish to speak with someone directly to ensure my ring arrives without issues. Please contact me to finalize shipping details.
I bought a necklace and left a review. The owner reached out to ask for reviews on other sites and offered to send me a free gift, which they did. I received a lovely gold oval bangle bracelet inscribed with 'My Ride or Die' and adorned with crystals. While I appreciate the gesture, I can't wear it as it's not suited to my wrist size. A necklace would have been more appropriate given the lack of information about the recipient. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for it; it's beautiful, and I recognize the effort that went into making it. It was also beautifully packaged.
The red diamond sparkles wonderfully on the sides. It's unique and dynamic, in addition to being well-crafted. I will certainly order again, as the settings and quality of work have resulted in a beautiful piece of jewelry. Thank you!
