I ordered some supplements and received an email the next day saying it had shipped. After a few days of waiting, I tracked it only to find that the postal service hadn't picked it up yet. I forgot about it for a week, and when I checked again, it still hadn't shipped. After contacting them 10 days later, they assured me it was on its way. The next day, I received another email stating it had shipped again. It finally showed as in transit, but I doubt it would have shipped without my inquiry. They promised to refund my shipping costs, but I didn't pay for shipping since my order qualified for free shipping. So, in their view, they refunded me $0.00. Absurd.
