Experiencing Poor Customer Service

I am facing the same disappointing customer service as many others. I have yet to receive any of my ordered items. They accepted my payment but provided a misleading tracking number. This feels like a scam!

Unsatisfied with the Service and Order Process

I really question where all the positive reviews come from because my experience has been terrible. I have two separate open orders with this service. Their website claims that orders are packed and shipped the same day, yet they took payment from my account immediately for both orders. When I attempt to track them, the site indicates that the orders cannot be found, meaning they haven't even been processed, let alone shipped. However, they were quick to charge my account. The email responses I received appear to be automated and seem to follow a template, indicating that many customers are facing the same issues. I can’t comment on the quality of their products since I haven’t received them, but I can say I will not be using this service again.

Payment Taken, No Products Received

They took my money without delivering the products. After I asked for a refund, they stopped responding and ignored my emails. Both of my packages were returned to them.

Issues with shipping and customer support

I ordered some supplements and received an email the next day saying it had shipped. After a few days of waiting, I tracked it only to find that the postal service hadn't picked it up yet. I forgot about it for a week, and when I checked again, it still hadn't shipped. After contacting them 10 days later, they assured me it was on its way. The next day, I received another email stating it had shipped again. It finally showed as in transit, but I doubt it would have shipped without my inquiry. They promised to refund my shipping costs, but I didn't pay for shipping since my order qualified for free shipping. So, in their view, they refunded me $0.00. Absurd.

Stay away from this company

Avoid this company unless you enjoy losing money. They are quick to charge you but fail miserably at delivering your products. I will never order from them again.

Terrible taste

The taste is awful, especially when mixed with milk. I tried it once and have no intention of using it again. I can't get a refund since I opened it and used it.
