I really question where all the positive reviews come from because my experience has been terrible. I have two separate open orders with this service. Their website claims that orders are packed and shipped the same day, yet they took payment from my account immediately for both orders. When I attempt to track them, the site indicates that the orders cannot be found, meaning they haven't even been processed, let alone shipped. However, they were quick to charge my account. The email responses I received appear to be automated and seem to follow a template, indicating that many customers are facing the same issues. I can’t comment on the quality of their products since I haven’t received them, but I can say I will not be using this service again.
